Associate Director/Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager overseeing all operational aspects of clinical studies for Scholar Rock's neuromuscular disease programs, with a focus on muscle-targeted therapeutics for SMA and other rare conditions. Responsibilities: implement project plans, coordinate study start-up (including CRO selection), manage external vendors and investigative sites, monitor compliance with regulatory and GCP standards, develop budgets, and facilitate study reporting and tracking. May serve as in-house Lead CRA; may participate in audits and site visits. Requirements: BS/BA in a scientific discipline; 5+ years in biotech/pharma/CRO with experience in multi-phase clinical development; strong organizational skills, knowledge of regulatory guidelines, and excellent communication. High-Value: expertise in clinical trial operations within neuromuscular or rare disease indications, multi-phase development experience, GCP compliance, vendor management, and international travel (~20%).
