Associate Director, S&OP, Systems, Data Analysis & Planning Operations

Role: Associate Director, S&OP, Systems, Data Analysis & Production Planning, responsible for developing and optimizing global supply plans to support commercial forecasts and market demand in biopharma. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end S&OP cycle, create integrated supply and distribution models, ensure data integrity across ERP/MRP systems, develop analytics and KPIs for inventory and capacity, run scenario planning for launches and demand shifts, and collaborate with internal and external partners on production scheduling and inventory management. Qualifications: bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field; 8+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, preferably within regulated pharma or biotech environments; hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle; strong data analytics skills, including SQL, BI tools, and advanced Excel; APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred. High-Value: experience with pharma or biotech product launches, regulated supply chain, and global distribution networks. Work setup: remote U.S.-based role with quarterly visits to San Francisco; travel less than 20%.
