Associate Director, S&OP, Systems, Data Analysis & Production Planning

Responsibilities
- Lead the S&OP cycle end to end, aligning commercial demand, manufacturing supply, inventory, and finance into a single consensus plan.
- Build and maintain integrated supply and distribution models (drug substance, drug product, finished-goods distribution).
- Own ERP/MRP configuration, master data, and data integrity; translate demand forecasts into production, replenishment, and purchase requirements.
- Develop analytics, dashboards, and KPIs for inventory health, capacity utilization, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
- Run scenario/what-if planning for launch ramps, demand shifts, supply constraints, and network changes; quantify risk and recommend mitigations.
- Partner with internal/external teams on production scheduling, capacity commitments, and inventory positioning.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, system utilization, and data governance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, data science, or related field; 8+ years progressive supply chain planning.
- Demonstrated ownership of S&OP (ideally in regulated environments such as pharma/biotech/medical device/CPG).
- Hands-on experience configuring/operating ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or comparable).
- Strong data analytics; comfortable with AI, SQL, BI tools, and advanced Excel.
- Proven distribution/network modeling experience for end-to-end manufacturing and fulfillment.
- Commercial supply chain experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, including product launch.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP (or equivalent).
- Travel: <20%.

Salary
- $180,000–$202,000 USD (California).
