Responsibilities: oversee program lifecycle from concept to startup, evaluate and define solutions, guide system design and integration, support validation activities, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. Requirements: 8+ years in robotics or automation within regulated or industrial environments, experience with industrial robotics, machine vision, AI, and GMP manufacturing preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, advanced degree preferred.
