Associate Director- RLT Technical Services/Manufacturing Science Lead

Role: Lead technical sciences for drug substance and product manufacturing at Lilly RLT, focusing on process optimization, troubleshooting, validation, and lifecycle management. Responsibilities: investigate deviations, drive continuous improvement, support technology transfer, author technical documentation, and lead audits. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Regulatory teams; mentor junior staff; oversee sterility assurance. Requirements: Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related; 7+ years in biopharma manufacturing sciences, process development, or technical services.
