Role: Associate Director, Rewire Field Experience & Agentic AI Architect, responsible for designing and owning the architecture of the connected pre-call, interaction, and post-call journey for field users, integrating CRM, field intelligence, orchestration outputs, and AI agents. Responsibilities include defining technical blueprints for AI-enabled field workflows, ensuring seamless integration with platforms like Veeva Vault CRM, Databricks, and adjacent capabilities such as coaching and performance tracking. The role emphasizes creating a unified, personalized, and efficient experience that reduces administrative burden and enhances customer engagement, while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory standards. The architect collaborates across Commercial, Data, Engineering, and UX teams, translating experience concepts into scalable technical solutions, establishing architecture standards, and supporting iterative delivery and field co-creation. Key focus areas encompass AI prep, post-call, and HCP-facing AI agents, as well as integrating with coaching and performance systems, with security, privacy, and responsible AI embedded from inception. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, with at least 8 years of enterprise architecture experience, particularly in connected solutions, AI, and pharma/biotech industries. Preferred skills involve experience with Veeva Vault, AI platforms like OpenAI, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), and global deployment experience. The role is based in Princeton, NJ, with a focus on scalable, modular, and compliant AI-enabled field solutions.
