Associate Director, Regulatory Data Management & Intelligence

Role: Associate Director, Regulatory Data Management & Intelligence at Moderna, leading the development and execution of the company's regulatory data strategy, governance, and digital ecosystem. Responsibilities: serve as Business Capability Owner for Veeva Vault RIM Data capabilities, establishing standards, governance frameworks, and advancing global structured data initiatives such as IDMP and xEVMPD; leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to enhance regulatory intelligence and operational efficiency; partnering with Digital and other functions to improve technology capabilities, data quality, and regulatory processes; managing data migration, enterprise reporting, and compliance to ensure inspection readiness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or Master's with 10+ years) in Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, or related fields; extensive experience with Veeva Vault RIM as a business owner, including workflows, reporting, and integrations; strong understanding of global regulatory submissions, master data, and structured data standards. Preferred: deep expertise in regulatory data governance, Veeva Vault RIM architecture, and enterprise data platforms; experience with AI-enabled tools, data migration initiatives, and enterprise integrations.
