Associate Director, Regional Marketing (West Region)

Role: Associate Director, Regional Marketer responsible for executing regional marketing strategies, engaging thought leaders, and supporting product promotion for ZYNLONTA in key western US states. Responsibilities: develop and implement regional marketing plans, coordinate with agencies, identify and cultivate local KOLs, support advisory boards, manage regional conference and event participation, collaborate with digital marketing, and gather market insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in pharma/biotech, with experience in hematology/oncology, including product launch and KOL engagement; 2+ years in marketing or related roles; 2+ years in field sales or market access preferred. High-Value: hematology/oncology, lymphoma, ZYNLONTA, biotech/pharma commercial experience, KOL development, regional marketing execution, approximately 40-50% domestic travel.
