Role Summary

Associate Director, Regional Marketing & Thought Leader Liaison. Field-based marketing leader responsible for shaping and executing Arcellx’s thought leader and key customer engagement strategy in the U.S., with a focus on supporting the launch and growth of anito-cel for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Acts as a bridge between the field and home office teams, generating actionable insights to inform brand strategy, educational initiatives, and speaker engagement efforts. This is a non-sales role working with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Kite Pharma through a co-promotion agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with thought leaders and key customers within the multiple myeloma and CAR T space.
  • Support regional advisory boards, executive encounters, and educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive external engagement across all customer-facing teams.
  • Capture and synthesize field insights to inform brand planning, promotional messaging, and HCP education efforts.
  • Assist with the development of a national and regional thought leader map, engagement planning, and KOL capabilities assessment.
  • Provide key input into the planning and execution of medical and commercial congress activity, including ASH, ASCO, EHA and IMS.
  • Contribute to the creation of compliant, value-added customer engagement tools and resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MBA) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry, with 3–5 years in hematology/oncology; experience in multiple myeloma or CAR T strongly preferred. More experienced candidates may be considered at the director level.
  • Prior experience in field marketing, key customer marketing, or thought leader liaison roles is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage credibly and compliantly with academic and community thought leaders.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability to extract, analyze, and communicate field insights to inform strategy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced launch environment and navigating ambiguity.
  • Travel up to 70% required.
