Brand Strategy
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide key customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution
- Support execution of approved Advisory Boards
- Identify Healthcare Professional (HCP) consultants based on an approved Consultant Engagement Project Brief
- Facilitate, participate in, and attend advisory boards as appropriate
Regional and National Physician Discussions
- Support disease state and approved on-label product conversations using approved promotional messaging and PReP-approved materials
- Engage with assigned TLs and solicit feedback as needed
- Participate in and attend Congresses and other industry meetings; attend meeting sessions
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with HCPs
Compliant Collaboration (Field/Home Office)
- Provide input/support developing account plans for Sales Speaker Management and Engagement
- Identify and develop HCP Speakers for high-quality compliance promotional education
- Provide refresher and follow-up training to Speakers on PReP-approved materials
- Host and ensure compliant execution of branded/unbranded Speaker programs in line with BMS guiding principles
- Monitor Speaker performance at live programs to evaluate effectiveness and capabilities
- Partner with Marketing/Sales/cross-functional teams to provide customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and execution
- Assist in development and regional execution of Home Office Brand Strategy

- US salary range (Field, United States): $166,350β$201,571
