Associate Director, Regional Marketing - Southeast

Role: Associate Director, Regional Marketing, focused on developing and executing KOL engagement strategies to support hematology oncology products (Brukinsa and Beqalzi) in the US. Responsibilities: implement integrated customer engagement plans, build partnerships with KOLs, influence commercial strategy, develop promotional content and speaker bureau strategies, support conference and advisory board activities, and partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Analytics. Requirements: 8+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or related roles; minimum 3 years in Hematology Oncology sales or marketing preferred; demonstrated relationship-building with KOLs; strong influence and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: biotech or pharma US marketplace launch experience, advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD), and Hem/Onc background. High-value specifics: focus on hematology indications (CLL, R/R MCL), product portfolio includes Brukinsa (zanubrutinib) and Beqalzi, extensive US regional scope (FL, GA, SC, AL), significant travel (~50%). Collaboration: works closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Business Analytics teams. Work setup: field-based, US domestic, with high travel demands.
