Associate Director, Regional Marketing - Southeast

Role: Associate Director, Regional Marketing, focused on US hematology oncology products, supporting key indications such as CLL and relapsed/refractory MCL. Responsibilities: develop and execute KOL engagement strategies, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations; build strong external partnerships; lead promotional activities and advisory boards; represent BeOne at industry meetings; and contribute to strategic planning and brand initiatives. Requirements: 8+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or related fields, with at least 3 years in Hematology Oncology sales or marketing preferred; Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred; proven experience establishing KOL relationships and influencing cross-functional teams; strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
