Associate Director, Real World Data Strategy

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute real-world data (RWD) initiatives aligned with R&D and enterprise priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Drive prioritization and delivery of data and analytics initiatives to maximize business impact.
- Identify, evaluate, and use data assets from internal/external sources.
- Support end-to-end data lifecycle (acquisition, management, enablement for downstream use).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, accessibility, and usability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to enable scalable data solutions.
- Promote standardization, reuse, and efficient utilization of data assets.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Enable data use for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption.
- Monitor progress, risks, and outcomes; provide structured updates to leadership.
- Support continuous improvement of data strategy and execution.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Master in life science or data-related field, or MBA).
- 5+ years in data strategy, analytics, consulting, or RWD-related roles.
- Expertise in RWD types (claims, EHR, registries, other healthcare sources).
- Healthcare/life sciences/RWD ecosystem experience.
- Proven experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments.

Compensation & Benefits (US):
- $164,050–$198,790 (base range).

- Paid time off: flexible time off (unlimited, manager approval) for US exempt; or 160 hours annual vacation (with manager approval) for certain roles.
