Role: Lead statistical programmer for real-world analytics studies within oncology, managing programming activities from initiation to final delivery. Responsibilities include translating study protocols and analysis plans into high-quality, reproducible code using SAS, SQL, R, and Python; developing analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures; supporting observational research such as treatment pattern analyses, comparative effectiveness, and external control studies; and collaborating with HEOR/RWE scientists, data scientists, and biostatisticians. Qualifications: BS/MS in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or related field; 8+ years of programming experience in healthcare research, with strong SAS or R expertise; proficiency in SQL; experience working with large claims, EHR, genomic, and linked clinical-genomic datasets; excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred: oncology real-world evidence experience, familiarity with major healthcare data assets (e.g., Flatiron, Tempus, MarketScan), and experience supporting HTA or regulatory studies. The position is based at Revolution Medicines' headquarters in Redwood City, CA, with salary ranging from $177,000 to $221,000, and involves working in a fast-paced biotech environment focused on RAS-addicted cancers.
