Associate Director - Radioligand Therapies Operations Lead

Role: Radioligand Therapies Operations Lead responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic growth in radioligand therapy programs, focusing on process development, manufacturing, and supply chain management of radiopharmaceuticals. Responsibilities: oversee daily operations, collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely milestones, manage vendor qualification and performance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field; 7+ years in pharmaceutical operations with at least 2 years specifically in radiopharmaceuticals or nuclear medicine. High-value: expertise in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP/GDP environments, cold chain logistics, regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, Health Canada), and vendor management; experience in complex operations within highly regulated environments. Work setup: full-time, domestic and international travel required.
