Responsibilities:
- Provide development project and portfolio management to cross-functional teams, driving execution and delivery for early- to late-phase complex development programs.
- Manage cross-program interdependencies and trade-offs to meet predictable delivery milestones.
- Optimize program execution while maintaining patient safety and compliance.
- Build and manage integrated development timelines with a focus on critical path management.
- Provide financial oversight with Finance, including cross-functional budgets.
- Remove barriers to progress and keep leadership informed of critical issues (e.g., resources, performance).
- Identify potential issues/obstacles, resolve them or plan contingencies, and ensure stakeholders are informed of outcomes and program implications.
- Manage scheduled/ad-hoc program reporting (goals/KPIs, risks, mitigations, and rationale for timeline/budget variances).
- Manage stakeholder communications across cross-regional, cross-functional, cross-divisional, and Alliance partners.
- Support corporate initiatives as needed (e.g., budgeting process, portfolio reviews).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Sciences/Engineering/Operations Management or related field (required); MS or MBA (preferred).
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical industry drug development (any/all phases).
- Proven project/program management experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary global pharmaceutical projects; matrix leadership required.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience creating timeline/budget project management reports.
- Strong communication/presentation skills; ability to organize/run meetings and produce minutes.
- Solid understanding of clinical development and regulatory processes.
- Highly organized; strong urgency/quality; prioritizes and manages multiple projects.
- Ability to facilitate/negotiate/communicate in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Projects).
