Associate Director, R&D Project Manager

Role: Associate Director, Project Management responsible for delivering global, cross-functional R&D projects aligned with CSL's strategic portfolio. Responsibilities include defining project strategy and tactics, managing budgets, resources, timelines, scope, and documentation; leading development teams through tactical execution; managing risks and issues; maintaining accurate project documentation; and monitoring performance against plans. The role also involves reporting to senior management and mentoring junior project managers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field; over 10 years in biotech or pharma, with more than 5 years leading cross-functional projects in a global, matrix environment; extensive knowledge of drug research, development, and manufacturing processes; proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
