Associate Director, R&D Chemistry, Peptidomimetics

Role: Associate Director leading R&D Chemistry focused on peptidomimetic antibody-conjugate drug discovery, integrating chemical biology and medicinal chemistry to develop novel therapeutics. Responsibilities: oversee and inspire the Peptidomimetic group, drive synthesis, SAR, and optimization of antibody-targeted peptidomimetic modalities; develop linker-payload chemistries; troubleshoot peptide stability and potency; lead cross-functional project teams to advance candidates. Requirements: Ph.D. in peptide/synthetic organic chemistry; 10+ years industry experience in drug discovery, with proven success in peptidomimetics, small molecules, or antibody therapeutics; expertise in synthesis, bioconjugation, SAR, and biological MOAs (PK/PD, efficacy, toxicity).
