Associate Director R&D AI Solutions & Analytics

Role: Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven analytics solutions within R&D to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and portfolio insights. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, promoting scalable analytics approaches, rapid prototyping, mentoring team members, and partnering with Digital/IT and external vendors for deployment. The role focuses on scaling AI use cases across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, and Portfolio Strategy, developing operational dashboards, and driving innovation in digital R&D capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; 8+ years in analytics, AI solutions, or digital innovation within pharma, biotech, or healthcare, with hands-on experience developing AI data products and dashboards. Knowledge of regulated R&D environments, industry standards like CDISC and FHIR, and experience working with Digital/IT vendors are essential. Preferred skills include project management, strategic thinking, and familiarity with clinical or regulatory environments.
