Role: Associate Director specializing in mechanistic modeling and quantitative drug development within immunology, focusing on translational research and clinical development. Responsibilities: design and execute model analysis plans; develop PK/PD, PBPK, QSP, and other mechanistic models to inform dose selection, trial design, and go/no-go decisions; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors; communicate scientific data clearly. Requirements: Ph.D. or equivalent with β‰₯4 years (PharmD with β‰₯6 years; MS with β‰₯8 years) in biopharmaceutics, pharmacometrics, or related fields; hands-on experience with population PK/PD/QSP modeling software (Phoenix, R, NONMEM, etc.); strong analytical, experimental design, and communication skills. Preferred: track record of advancing drug development decisions via model-based approaches; knowledge of immunology, biologics, and complex therapeutics; experience integrating AI/ML and developing novel modeling workflows; understanding of ADME properties.
