Role: Associate Director specializing in mechanistic modeling and quantitative drug development within immunology, supporting translational research and clinical programs. Responsibilities: independently design and execute model analysis plans using PK/PD, PBPK, QSP, and other mechanistic models; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors; develop translational strategies, perform clinical trial simulations, and inform dose/schedule decisions to advance immunologic therapeutics. Qualifications: Ph.D. (β₯4 yrs), PharmD (β₯6 yrs), or MS (β₯8 yrs) with extensive experience in pharmacometrics, biopharmaceutics, or related fields; proficiency in modeling software (Phoenix, R, NONMEM, Monolix, Matlab); strong communication skills. Preferred: a proven record of impactful model-based drug development, immunology knowledge, experience with biologics, and integrating AI/ML into modeling workflows. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on immunologic disorders, biologics or complex therapeutics, and the application of mechanistic and predictive modeling to inform clinical development decisions. Work setup: hybrid, with a 10% travel requirement.
