Role: Associate Director specializing in mechanistic modeling and quantitative drug development within immunology, supporting translational research and clinical programs. Responsibilities: design and execute model analysis plans, integrate preclinical and clinical data using PK/PD, PBPK, QSP, and other models to optimize drug development, inform dose selection, trial design, and decision-making; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors; develop innovative modeling strategies and communicate scientific findings effectively. Qualifications: Ph.D. (4+ years relevant), PharmD (6+ years), or MS (8+ years) with expertise in biopharmaceutics, pharmacometrics, or quantitative sciences; proficiency in pharmacometric software (Phoenix, R, NONMEM, etc.); strong mathematical, experimental design, and data analysis skills; excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred: track record of impactful model-based drug development, knowledge of immunology, experience with biologics and complex therapeutics, and integration of AI/ML methods.
