Role: Associate Director in Quantitative Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (QP2-IO) specializing in immune-oncology, focusing on clinical pharmacology strategies from post-PCC to registration. Responsibilities: serve as an expert on oncology clinical development teams, develop and execute model-based analyses (PK/PD, exposure-response, disease progression, QSP, tumor size/survival modeling), and contribute to regulatory documentation and interactions. Requirements: Ph.D. in biopharmaceutics, pharmacometrics, systems biology, or related field with 3+ years, or PharmD/MS with 5-7 years' relevant experience; proven expertise in pharmacometrics methods, proficiency in R and NONMEM; strong communication skills.
