Role: Associate Director in Quantitative Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (QP2-IO) focusing on immune-oncology drug development. Responsibilities include serving as scientific expert on Oncology clinical development teams, developing and executing model-based analyses (PK/PD, exposure-response, disease progression, QSP, tumor size, survival modeling), and advising on quantitative strategies across development stages. The role involves authoring regulatory documents (INDs, CSRs), representing the team at regulatory meetings, and maintaining expertise in global regulatory expectations for small molecules and biologics in Oncology. Qualifications: Ph.D. in biopharmaceutics, pharmacometrics, systems biology, or related field with at least 3 years (Ph.D.) or 5-7 years (MS/PharmD) of pharmaceutical experience, demonstrating impactful application of pharmacometrics, proficiency in R and NONMEM, and strong communication skills. Preferred: experience with oncology drug development, PKPD modeling, Phoenix WinNonlin, and regulatory writing. The position supports hybrid or remote work with a 10% travel requirement, situated within a global R&D division specializing in immuno-oncology and vaccine discovery, with responsibilities spanning late-stage clinical pharmacology and translational science.
