- Develop and apply model-based strategies (translational PK/PD, mechanistic models, population PK/PD, clinical trial simulations) to support quantitative decisions (dose selection, trial design, go/no-go).
- Represent QP2 across cardiometabolic discovery, early, and late clinical development teams using quantitative approaches.
- Partner with functional colleagues, external vendors, and partners to build aligned, quantitative, model-informed strategies for discovery, development, and regulatory decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on study design, protocol development, execution, data interpretation, reporting, and communication of results.
- Support global regulatory expectations; contribute to development, presentation, and defense of regulatory documents.
- Provide scientific input on modeling strategies, analyses, interpretation, and reporting with pharmacometrics colleagues.

- Ph.D. + 4+ years (or PharmD + 6+ years; or MS + 8+ years) with increasing responsibility/independence in drug development, regulatory work, or academia.
- Background in biopharmaceutics/pharmaceutical sciences/pharmacomet rics/chemical or biomedical engineering (or related quantitative field).
- Experience with population PK and PK/PD analyses using R, Matlab, Phoenix, NONMEM, Monolix, or similar tools.
- Strong written/verbal communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Knowledge of modeling complex therapeutics, mechanistic modeling/QSP.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of cardiometabolic clinical development programs.
- Advanced mathematical problem-solving, data analysis/interpretation, experimental design, and statistics.
- Understanding of biopharmaceutical/ADME properties of small molecules and/or biologics.
- Track record of increasing responsibility and impact via model-based decisions.
