Role: Associate Director in Quantitative Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics supporting cardiometabolic pipelines, focusing on model-based strategies to inform drug discovery and development decisions. Responsibilities: develop translational PK/PD models, mechanistic and population analyses, and simulate clinical trials; represent QP2 on discovery and clinical teams; collaborate with cross-functional partners, external vendors, and regulatory teams; contribute to study design, data interpretation, and regulatory submissions. Requirements: Ph.D. or PharmD with 4+ years or MS with 8+ years experience in pharmacometrics or related quantitative fields; proficiency in modeling tools like R, Phoenix, NONMEM, Monolix; strong communication skills; knowledge of biopharmaceutics and complex therapeutics. Preferred: experience with cardiometabolic programs, advanced data analysis, and understanding of small molecules/biologics ADME properties.
