Role: Associate Director in Quantitative Pharmacology supporting drug development across modalities such as antibodies, siRNA, and gene therapies. Objectives include leading model-informed strategies for dose selection, trial design, and regulatory submissions from early stages through approval. Responsibilities: design and oversee PK/PD, exposure-response, and mechanistic analyses; communicate complex strategies to cross-functional teams; prepare regulatory documents and study reports; contribute to strategic program development. Requirements: PhD in Quantitative Pharmacology, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years (PhD) or 9+ years (MS) of industry experience; expertise in population PK/PD, systems biology, or QSP modeling using NONMEM, Monolix, MATLAB, R; demonstrated success in regulatory interactions and published work; strong communication skills. High-Value: biologics and gene therapies, early to late-stage development, regulatory engagement, cross-functional leadership, experience with tools like NONMEM, systems biology, and QSP. Work setup: flexible remote/hybrid locations (Tarrytown, Warren, Cambridge, USA), 4 days/week onsite or remote.
