Clinical Research and Development
Role: Head of the Americas Clinical Quality Audit team, responsible for leading clinical audit strategies to ensure quality and compliance of AbbVie's regional clinical trials. Responsibilities: develop and execute complex audit programs, oversee a team of clinical auditors, collaborate on global audit strategies, evaluate processes supporting clinical development, and support GCP inspections. Requirements: Bachelor's in science or healthcare; 7+ years in clinical development, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance within pharma; deep knowledge of quality systems, GxP standards, and worldwide clinical regulations. Preferred: experience in GCP, ICH, ISO standards; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations; willingness for domestic and international travel.
