Associate Director, Proteomics

Role: Associate Director, Proteomics — a scientific leadership position overseeing proteomic strategies to advance biomarker discovery and translational pharmacology within drug development programs. Responsibilities: set scientific vision for integrated proteomics approaches, guide assay design and development, lead a team of scientists, and act as the primary scientific contact for proteomics studies. Collaborate with sponsors and internal teams to embed proteomic insights into decision-making processes; influence high-level scientific discussions and translate complex data into actionable insights. Requirements: PhD in a relevant discipline; extensive experience in proteomics, bioanalytical assay development, and translational sciences; leadership experience managing scientific teams.
