Key Job Responsibilities
- Help shape the strategy and direction of a high-impact peer-to-peer learning program that addresses HCP educational needs.
- Lead development of innovative content and learning experiences to make scientific and commercial messages clear and actionable.
- Partner cross-functionally with medical, marketing, field leadership, and operations to turn business needs into compelling educational experiences.
- Identify content gaps, audience needs, and opportunities to elevate speaker engagement and program effectiveness.
- Use insights, performance trends, and field feedback to continuously improve strategy, content quality, and speaker effectiveness.
- Drive high-visibility initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Evolve peer-to-peer programming by introducing new ideas, best practices, and scalable processes.
- Own annual speaker training strategy and execution (training calendars, schedules, guides, facilitation, onboarding, and pull-through).
- Lead the speaker program Annual Operating Plan and manage speaker program budget in cross-functional workstreams with Compliance, Finance, Sales Leadership, and the Promotional Medical Education vendor.
- Ensure work is conducted in compliance with applicable internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- At least 7 years pharmaceutical experience including 2+ years marketing experience.
- Strong oral and written communication; ability to present to customers and senior management.
- Direct people leadership experience.
- Analytical and financial acumen; budget ownership experience.
- Interpersonal skills to lead and drive consensus.
- Project management and prioritization skills.
- Self-starter; proactive problem-solving and innovation.
- Knowledge of regulations/standards for pharmaceutical products.
- Travel up to 25% (conferences, meetings, field visits).
