Associate Director, Promo Medical Education and Training Operations

Role: Associate Director of Promo Medical Education and Training Operations overseeing the internal management of Nexplanon's Certified Training Program (CTP) for healthcare providers. Responsibilities: manage CTP operations including trainer networks, training content, database, and SOPs; collaborate with medical affairs to align content and certification with labeling; support field specialists and sales for program execution; leverage data and feedback for process improvements; communicate updates across teams; support budget management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in medical affairs, medical marketing, or support functions; strong project management, strategic thinking, communication, and digital marketing skills. Preferred: 2+ years in pharmaceutical brand marketing, experience with HCP events, speaker bureaus, and promotion workflows compliant with legal/regulatory standards, and working with sales teams. High-Value: Focus on women’s health, biologics/medical devices (Nexplanon), non-promotional role, with some travel (~10%), remote/flex work setup.
