Associate Director - Project Management - GFD

Role: Associate Director of Project Management within Lilly's Global Facilities Delivery (GFD), overseeing large-scale capital asset projects ($1BN+), from conceptual design to operational qualification. Responsibilities: lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure safe delivery, and meet objectives for asset capacity and capability, while maintaining safety, schedule, cost, and quality standards. Lead project execution in compliance with company policies, environmental, and regulatory requirements, coordinating effectively with stakeholders across regions. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering or related field; 10+ years in industrial or manufacturing capital projects, with prior experience managing projects >$100MM, including pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities such as sterile, API, or laboratory sites. Preferred skills: GMP manufacturing knowledge, lean methodologies, automation, construction quality, project controls, and safety expertise; strong leadership and communication skills; professional engineering or PMP certifications.
