Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational components of Patient Support Services (PSS) projects; lead readiness efforts across multiple functions.
- Facilitate consolidated visibility of key milestones and timelines; ensure strategic, cross-functional communication.
- Manage end-to-end projects (e.g., launches, system enhancements, process assessments, requirements gathering, training).
- Lead project workstreams; report status updates to project teams and leadership.
- Manage escalations of concerns/issues; coordinate cross-functional teams to manage interdependencies.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives to drive process improvement and meet timelines/deliverables.
- Document current and future state business processes; develop recommendations with business units, digital, and senior leadership.
- Prepare/present findings and implementation plans; proactively identify opportunities and best practices across processes/technology.
- Coordinate/develop communication and training strategies with change management and training teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ yearsβ experience working with cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years managing projects; project management expertise.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA; PMP certification.
- System implementation, consulting, commercial operations, pharmaceutical, and management experience.
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 10% travel.
