Main Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams
- Report status updates to project teams and leadership
- Manage escalation of concerns/issues
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies
- Lead operational excellence initiatives to drive process improvement and maintain timelines/deliverables
- Manage projects end-to-end (launches, system enhancements, process assessments, requirements gathering, designing enhancements, communication, training)
- Document current and future state business processes
- Develop recommendations with business units, digital, and senior leadership
- Prepare and present findings and implementation plans to management
- Identify opportunities and best practices across business processes and technology solutions
- Coordinate/develop and execute communication and training strategies with change management and training teams
- Drive continuous improvement to business processes and systems across Sanofi Specialty Care
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ yearsβ experience working with cross-functional teams
- 5+ years managing projects
- Project Management expertise required
- Strong Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel skills
