The Associate Director, Project Management will lead Animal Health's strategy formulation and execution, utilizing data-driven insights. This role ensures the successful execution of enterprise strategic initiatives ('Must Wins') and manages the Enterprise Priorities Execution Committee.

The position involves assisting with and improving program management practices, including developing methodologies and tools for clear communication and governance of program status and execution.

The Associate Director will have the opportunity to lead workstreams or entire 'Must Win' initiatives, gaining end-to-end initiative management experience.
