Role: Program PMO Lead overseeing large-scale pharmaceutical capital projects within Lilly's Global Facilities Delivery organization. Responsibilities: establish and maintain the PMO framework, ensure program governance, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, validation, quality), manage risk, issues, and change control, partner with portfolio controls for cost and schedule reconciliation, and support decision-making through accurate reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field; 10+ years in project or program management of large capital projects, including PMO or project controls experience; ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence in complex environments; willingness to travel (~10%). Preferred: experience with GMP-regulated pharma or life sciences projects, projects >$500M, GMP startup validation, PMP/PgMP/PE credentials, and familiarity with tools like Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, Power BI.
