Associate Director — Product Research & Development

Role: Associate Director, CMC Product Development at Lilly, leading the architecture, delivery, and operational management of applications, platforms, and AI capabilities impacting drug development. Responsibilities: lead a global tech team, define technical architecture and roadmap aligned with GxP standards, partner with scientific and business leaders to translate needs into solutions, ensure lifecycle compliance and risk mitigation, and manage vendor relationships and budgets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years IT experience with 3+ years in software development lifecycle; scientific or pharma/biotech background preferred; experience with cloud, AI/ML, GxP, and large-scale IT programs.
