MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Reporting to the Head of US Marketing, the Associate Director, Product Marketing develops and delivers comprehensive Digital Marketing and Patient Marketing plans for KIMMTRAK (tebentafusp) for currently approved and future indications. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (insights, medical affairs, market access) and manages key external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand/launch strategy implementation by creating promotional materials for key customer segments (HCPs, patients, KOLs, allied health professionals)
- Use insights for stakeholder segmentation, optimize marketing spend, and target customer segments
- Oversee non-personal promotion (NPP) strategy and coordinate with broader marketing strategies
- Drive adoption of new digital marketing and AI capabilities to advance brand objectives and improve effectiveness
- Ensure messaging and tactical execution align with brand objectives and channel strategies
- Partner internally to develop and deliver impactful customer-facing content
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets, including promotional agency of record
- Apply knowledge of disease state, competitive and market dynamics to refine strategy and execution
- Set campaign goals and metrics; partner with Insights to measure performance and optimize
- Foster trust and reinforce US marketing culture with internal and external partners
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing Immunocore

Education/Experience/Knowledge & Skills
- BS/BA in related discipline and at least 14 years of Medical/Scientific/Healthcare experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience (preferred/strongly):
- Product marketing, digital marketing, media planning, or market research/analysis in pharma/biotech
- Biotech/Pharmaceutical marketing
- Proven marketing initiative development/execution
- Product launch experience (strongly preferred)
- Oncology experience (strongly preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong organization/prioritization; collaboration with stakeholders
- Strategic thinking, innovation with pragmatic execution
- Track record meeting quantitative/qualitative targets
- Ability to use market research and sales inputs to optimize messaging and promotion
- Strong communication (presentation, verbal, written)
- Understanding of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical drug promotions and experience with Legal/Medical/Regulatory review

Annual Salary Range
- $170,000 - $200,000
