Role: Associate Director of Product Characterization – In Vivo CAR-T, leading analytical development for cell and gene therapies. Responsibilities: oversee scientific team in developing phase-appropriate product characterization strategies for in vivo CAR-T, focusing on comparability, control strategies, and regulatory readiness; guide methodology development for vector and transduction analysis; collaborate cross-functionally across process development, regulatory, and manufacturing; communicate complex data to internal/external stakeholders. Requirements: Ph.D. in immunology, virology, biochemistry, or related; 6+ years in analytical development for advanced therapies, with proven leadership and strategy ownership; deep expertise in lentivector mechanisms, immune cell biology, and CAR-T functional characterization; strong knowledge of regulatory standards and industry best practices.
