Associate Director, Product Artwork Management

Role: Lead global product artwork management for BioMarin’s portfolio, overseeing the lifecycle from development through commercialization to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of packaging components. Responsibilities: define and implement scalable artwork strategies, establish governance frameworks, oversee lifecycle processes, drive digital enablement, and ensure inspection readiness; lead cross-functional collaborations across Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams; manage external vendors; and develop high-performing teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related; 10–12+ years in pharma/biotech operations with GxP experience, expertise in artwork/labelling, product launches, and regulatory frameworks (GMP, ICH, FDA, EMA); experience leading global, cross-functional programs and operating model transformation; strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills. High-Value: biologics or small molecules in GxP-regulated environments, product lifecycle management, labelling and artwork systems (e.g., Veeva Vault, GLAMS), global regulatory compliance, and lifecycle process optimization.
