Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Ensure continuity of direct material supply for cGMP manufacturing operations by managing suppliers and engaging with site stakeholders and global support teams.
- Capture strategic value at the site level (spend segmentation, risk identification, supplier re-negotiation savings).
- Provide value capture visibility through Sievo and bi-weekly leadership update sessions.
- Run Supplier Relationship Management programs with the Site GM in alignment with Category Leads and site stakeholders.
- Meet/exceed metrics: value beyond savings, PPV, RTP, inventory, and invoicing compliance.
- Standardize raw materials and consumables; drive cost savings via alternate/secondary sourcing.
- Develop and execute regional sub-category and capital investment strategies; ensure governance/compliance on major capital projects.
- Lead sourcing-event execution; lead the annual site operations budget process for locally sourced/indirect materials.
- Support cGMP/Finance audits; escalate supply-related audit requests; lead risk assessments and business continuity.
- Manage procure-to-pay transactions; enforce policies/internal controls; govern sourcing approvals; support end-users.
- Oversee contract management and legal documents; support LOIs, SOWs, MSAs across site/network.
- Recruit, manage, and develop procurement operations personnel.

Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. in science, engineering, or business (required).
- 7+ years of multi-disciplined procurement experience (required); technical/operational/business role preferred; cGMP experience in biopharma/pharma/medical devices highly preferred.
- SAP and/or other ERP proficiency preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Customer-service orientation with strong analytics, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated independence with minimal supervision.

Compensation:
- $161,250–$195,391 (New Brunswick/Summit East, NJ) plus potential incentive cash/stock (eligibility-based).
