Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Global Procurement process strategy and multiyear roadmap, aligned with Procurement’s digital roadmap and enterprise business objectives.
- Establish a prioritized pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives supported by clear governance and decision frameworks.
- Develop and implement standardized frameworks, tools, and best practices for process documentation, optimization, and governance.
- Champion disciplined problem-solving approaches, including root cause analysis, process design, and redesign methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Lead and oversee end-to-end process mapping, redesign, and standardization initiatives, ensuring consistency and adoption across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, automate, and eliminate waste to improve efficiency, scalability, and cycle time.
- Partner closely with Procurement teams, enterprise functions (e.g., Legal, Finance, IT) and business stakeholders to evaluate current-state processes and design integrated future-state solutions.
- Collaborate with system and operational partners to ensure process improvements are enabled through technology and embedded in day-to-day operations.
- Drive adoption of process changes by reinforcing new ways of working, supporting change management efforts, and influencing behavior at all levels.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on end-to-end buying and procurement processes.
- Define and maintain performance metrics to monitor process effectiveness, outcomes, and long-term sustainability.
- Establish and manage governance forums to track progress, address risks, and ensure accountability to standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience
OR
- Master’s degree and 8 years’ experience
OR
- PhD and 5 years’ experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), operating models, governance structures, and process mapping tools.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional process reengineering initiatives (future-state designs, standard operating procedures, scalable solutions).
- Strong command of procurement principles, best practices, and industry standards in complex, global environments.
- Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication; able to translate complex analysis into clear insights for nontechnical audiences.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive change in matrixed organizations.
- Highly effective consulting and program management; strong execution/result orientation.
- Systems thinker with enterprise-wide perspective, sound judgment, and ability to build credibility and trust.
- Experience delivering complex, large-scale initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous, evolving environments.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $182,070.00 - $235,620.00; may be eligible for discretionary annual bonus and discretionary stock-based long-term incentives.
