Associate Director - Process Analytics Lead (US)

Role: Associate Director - Process Analytics Lead, overseeing development and implementation of high-throughput analytical methods for small molecule and biologic programs within Analytical Development. Responsibilities: lead method development, optimization, and lifecycle management; support automation, robotics, and platform modernization; collaborate with Process Development, Quality, Digital, and external vendors; define standards, governance, and strategy for analytical methods, including AQbD principles; lead cross-functional teams, vendor selection, and platform roadmap delivery; modernize laboratory operations for data and instrument management; provide technical and leadership guidance. Requirements: 8-12+ years in analytical or process analytics development with proven experience in high-throughput methods, automation, and PAT; degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Chemical Engineering; expertise in scaling automation solutions, robotics-enabled workflows, and GMP-relevant methods; strong leadership, stakeholder influencing, and cross-site collaboration skills.
