Associate Director Preclinical & Translational PK/PD

Role: Associate Director of Translational/Preclinical Modeling, focusing on developing quantitative and mechanistic PK/PD models to support target biology understanding, modality selection, and early clinical dose prediction. Responsibilities include independently creating models to inform preclinical-to-human translation, providing expert support for pharmacology studies, integrating modeling insights into multidisciplinary teams, and advancing modeling science strategies. Requirements: Ph.D. or M.S. in pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or related fields; over 6 years of industry experience applying PK/PD modeling to drug discovery and development; proficiency with platforms like Phoenix NLME, NONMEM, MATLAB, etc.; strong knowledge of PK, PBPK, and biologic modalities (e.g., antibodies, gene therapies). Preferred: experience with biotherapeutics, emerging modalities, and publication of scientific work. The role involves collaboration with Clinical Pharmacology, R&D, and other subject matter experts, with a focus on translating modeling to guide early clinical programs.
