Serve as central PSTS point for post-transaction activities, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and facilitating stakeholder communication. Qualifications: minimum of 8 years in pharma, biotech, or research with proven experience leading complex programs, integrating scientific operations, and managing cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (MS, PhD, etc.) is preferred. Skills include program management, risk assessment, regulatory understanding, and excellent communication.
