Role: Associate Director supporting PK and PK/PD for early-stage drug discovery and IND projects, focusing on preclinical in vivo and nonclinical PK studies. Responsibilities: guide study design, coordinate with scientific teams, analyze and present PK/PD data, and prepare regulatory reports; collaborate with Toxicology, Pathology, Clinical Pharmacology, and QP/PD teams. Requirements: PhD in Pharmacology, Biology, or Biochemistry; 8-10+ years in biotech/pharma; strong expertise in PK/PD, familiarity with WinNonLin and data visualization tools; experience leading PK studies and interpreting complex data; knowledge of biologics, siRNA, CRISPR, and cell therapies is advantageous.
