Associate Director, Precision Medicine & Companion Diagnostics

Role: Associate Director, Companion Diagnostics in the Translational Medicine team, leading the development and implementation of diagnostic strategies for oncology therapies targeting RAS mutations. Responsibilities: oversee in vitro diagnostic assay development, validation, and regulatory submission support; manage clinical trial assay implementation at CRO labs; lead cross-functional teams coordinating with external partners to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance; serve as subject matter expert on diagnostic regulation and global health authority interactions. Requirements: MS or PhD with 7-10+ years' industry experience in oncology biomarker or companion diagnostic development; expertise in diagnostic technologies such as NGS, PCR, IHC; strong knowledge of IVD development processes, regulatory landscape, and clinical trial biomarker integration; demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills.
