Lead strategy development and execution of portfolio-level marketing initiatives for the IBD franchise (applicable to RINVOQ and SKYRIZI) across the full IBD-treating HCP landscape. Serve as subject matter expert for brand teams, translating insights into clinically and financially grounded, easily communicated and executable strategies.

- Identify and prioritize HCP targets for greatest brand penetration, share growth, and awareness.
- Lead development of segmentation frameworks defining distinct attitudinal and behavioral profiles.
- Uncover underlying attitudes/beliefs driving prescribing and translate into actionable guidance.
- Partner with brand teams on how attitudinal insights inform messaging, creative direction, and asset development.
- Lead strategy and execution of commercial Disease State Awareness (DSA) initiatives addressing gaps in standards of care and patient risks.
- Develop and manage DSA assets with Medical Affairs to ensure clinical credibility and compliance alignment.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration (Medical Affairs, brand teams, external vendors) to close care gaps and elevate treatment standards.
- Collaborate to develop, manage, and execute portfolio-level marketing plans aligned to franchise objectives.
- Contribute to business/marketing planning processes (annual strategic and tactical planning).
- Direct and manage full project lifecycles (initiative development, resource planning, vendor management, execution).
- Lead internal cross-functional teams and HCP advisory panels to inform/validate strategy.
- Influence business leaders and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Expertise in HCP marketing
- Experience with segmentation research, attitudinal insights, or HCP targeting strategy
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing external agency/vendor partnerships
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders

Preferred:
- Portfolio/above-brand/franchise-level marketing experience
- Experience in immunology, gastroenterology, or specialty therapeutic area
- Familiarity with DSA strategy and Medical Affairs collaboration
- Cross-channel marketing experience
