Associate Director –Platform Learning Architect

Role: Learning Architect specializing in manufacturing platform training for Lilly's global manufacturing and quality teams. Responsibilities: design, develop, and maintain platform-specific curricula aligned with COE standards, collaborating with SMEs, platform leads, and cross-functional stakeholders; ensure content compliance and address site-specific needs; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including curriculum efficiency and qualification standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years' experience in regulated environments with expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, manufacturing, or quality operations; strong understanding of GxP, GMP, and compliance training; proficiency with learning management systems. Preferred: knowledge of platform-specific manufacturing processes (e.g., biologics, chemical, PFS); experience with digital learning tools, process-based curricula, and cross-site collaboration; familiarity with HR systems like Workday or SuccessFactors.
