Role: Print Team Lead overseeing daily label production operations within the Global Clinical Supply organization, ensuring GMP compliance, quality standards, and process efficiency. Responsibilities: manage label printing, inspection, inventory, and shipment; lead and develop team; coordinate global labeling projects; author and review SOPs; support audits; implement process improvements; and drive technological innovations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or high school diploma with 6+ years relevant pharmaceutical operations experience; 2+ years in management; strong knowledge of supply chain, GMP, and regulatory standards; effective cross-functional collaboration skills; and proficiency in GMP documentation and process validation. Preferred: experience in clinical supply chain management, SAP knowledge, and leadership in a multinational setting.
